AGONDA BLOUSE CAPPUCCINO

$380.00

Crafted in 60% Munga Silk, 30% Hemp, and 10% Cotton

With its timeless design and impeccable construction, Agonda seamlessly integrates into any style. Composed of fabric meticulously handmade by our weaving artists, this piece marries artisanal craftsmanship with contemporary sensibilities. Its lightweight and airy feel is elevated by gold-plated buttons working together to create a garment that's both a statement and a staple.

Fabric & Fit Details:  Crafted in this lightweight fabric, the Agonda blouse has a flowing fit. It features gold-plated button details for closure.

Our garments are entirely handmade. Since our fibers are natural and most of the fabrics are handwoven, there can be slight inconsistency within each garment. Slight color variations, slight spec difference (within tolerance) and fabric texture are normal. As much as we want our products to be 100% perfect and consistent, it's not always possible. We have learned to love these qualities as they mimic earth’s own inconsistent, yet naturally perfect beauty.

Fabric Content: 60% Munga Silk, 30% Hemp, & 10% Cotton

Fabric Country of Origin: Made on handlooms by our weaving artists in India. We choose to partner with fabric production artisans that use traditional, manual handlooms that don’t require the use of electricity to preserve the art of fabric making, support small villages with generations of fabric-making knowledge, and also reduce our carbon footprint.

Fabric Production: Crafted in 100% handloom-made fabric. We partner with fabric production artisans who use traditional, manual handlooms that don’t require electricity to preserve the art of fabric making, support small villages with generations of fabric-making knowledge, and reduce our carbon footprint.

Garment Production: This garment is sewn ethically by our outsourced seamstress team in Delhi, India. This small woman-owned factory is an ethical and safe working environment for all employees and is GOTS certified and compliant.

Sustainable Fabric Details: Hemp require zero fertilizer/pesticides to grow. Pesticides, especially in synthetic form, kill the microorganisms in the soil, robbing the soil of nutrients, and significantly decreasing its ability to feed the plants and control the water flow. Our hemp frees the soil from such interventions, allowing it to regenerate naturally. Hemp needs significantly less water than most crops.

Munga Silk is raw untreated silk, hand spun and woven by our weaving partners.

Care Details: Dry clean only. Since this garment has gold-plated button, we recommend dry cleaning to preserve them. Light steam press.
