RETURNS & STORE POLICY
We want you to be completely in love with your Savannah Morrow pieces.
Before returning please ensure that you have read and understood our returns policy, if any item(s) are returned that do not meet our policy & conditions the customer will be notified and payment will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS FOR USA CUSTOMERS
Free return and exchange shipping is offered to all United States orders (excludes sale items and items purchased during a promotional event). To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The return must be requested within 10 calendar days of the delivery date.
- The item(s) must be in its original, unused, unscented, unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed condition.
- The item(s) must be returned with the untampered tags and packaging in their original condition.
- The returned item(s) must be received by Savannah Morrow within 14 days from the day the return was initiated.
Please note: A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
How to make an exchange/return:

- If you need additional help, please email: returns@savannahmorrow.com and include 1) your name, 2) order number, and 3) the item name, size, and color. Our team will follow up with you with 24-48 hours.
- Mail back your original item.
- EXCHANGES: As soon as your returned package is scanned by your mail carrier and we have proof of return shipment, your exchange will be automatically processed and your new shipment will be dispatched within 24 hours (excludes weekends).
- RETURNS: Once received and the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, Savannah Morrow will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note, after receiving the item, that it can take up to 10 business days to process the return items, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement. Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded.

Savannah Morrow reserves the right to deny a return if the swing tags have been cut off or reattached in any way. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not accepted for a refund.

Savannah Morrow reserves the right to deny a return if the returned items are used, soiled, damaged, or have any form of perfumes/scents/detergent on the fabric. Be mindful of deodorant, makeup or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear fabric when trying on. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not accepted for a refund.

When requesting a return, customers must ensure to keep the return postage receipt until the refund is duly processed by Savannah Morrow. Savannah Morrow reserves the right to refuse any request for a return without this mandatory proof of return postage.

Savannah Morrow does not offer exchanges on sale items.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Gift cards may not be refunded.
Savannah Morrow reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. In order to avoid this, please contact our Customer Care team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
For all international orders, returns are available for store credit only. International orders are not eligible for direct exchange. We will issue a store credit so that you can repurchase a new size or style. We do not give refunds for international orders.
To initiate your return please email returns@savannahmorrow.com with your order number and the items you are returning, our returns team will get back to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

Upon receipt of the items, Savannah Morrow will undergo a quality review, if we receive your returned items damaged or worn we will not issue store credit.

Full-priced items can be returned for a store credit.

Gift cards may not be refunded.

Store credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Savannah Morrow is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services and take note of your tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS DUTIES & TAXES
All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you check your local customs website for estimated costs before purchasing.
Once custom officials determine the taxes and duties due, the recipient will be contacted to pay any charges so that the shipment can continue to its destination.
Unfortunately, we have no control over this, if the package is refused by the consignee (if you refuse to pay the duties and taxes) and the package is then returned back to us a refund will not be accepted, we will offer a store credit valid for 12 months.
We reserve the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
SALE ITEMS
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are NOT eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. All items marked with FINAL SALE or items bought during a promotional/sale period are FINAL SALE.
If you find that a sale item is not fitting you, we will do our best to accommodate if we have your desired new size in stock. In this event, you will be given a store credit to purchase your new desired size and you will be charged a $5 restock fee per item which will be taken from your store credit. If your sale item is APPROVED to be shipped back to us, we do NOT cover any cost associated with the return of your package. We are not responsible for your return pieces if they are lost in transit.
If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
Promotional prices cannot be applied retroactively or after the sale period. Savannah Morrow does not offer price matches on previously purchased items or merchandise purchased after sale period. No exceptions.

TRACKING
Please follow your tracking number for updates with tracking. If there is an issue with your delivery please follow up directly with the delivery service with your tracking number.
INTIMATE APPAREL & SWIMWEAR
Swimwear: must be returned unworn, and with the original hygienic protection sticker still intact. This applies to all swimsuits, bikini bottoms, etc.
Intimate Apparel: All basics made better underwear (thongs, boy short, and cheeky) are final sale and cannot be returned.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you believe an item to be defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within 2 days of receiving the package, so that they can help resolve the issue.
Please note, this excludes fair wear and tear. As a fashion brand on the sustainable path, we are working with natural materials to leave less of an ecological footprint on this earth. Because of the natural state of our materials they can be very delicate and can be easily snagged. Each garment will come with care instructions, please follow them to ensure your garment is forever wearable.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit will be issued in the form of a code that can be applied at checkout.

Must be issued to and used through the customer’s original email address used to order the merchandise.

Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. After this allotted time, the credit becomes null and void.

Valid only for merchandise purchased (cannot be applied to shipping & taxes).
CANCELED ORDERS
Once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel your order.
FREQUENT RETURNS
We offer a lenient return policy to provide customers with an easy and convenient shopping experience. If you are experiencing sizing issues or consistently finding merchandise to be unsatisfactory, please contact our Customer Care team.
Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of blocking an account and/or canceling future orders.
Savannah Morrow reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not respect the policy will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed.
WAREHOUSE HOURS
Our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they are placed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM to 2 PM PST. Any order placed after 2pm PST will not be processed until the next day.
We cannot guarantee that your requested changes can be made to your order prior to shipment. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and add the correct shipping before placing your order. If you have an urgent change contact our team at hello@savannahmorrow.com right away and we’ll try and assist with any change requirements. Once the order has left our premises, we are not able to make any changes.
